Hello. My name is Diane Parnham.

BA (Hons) in Social & Behavioural Studies
I am versatile and highly organised professional with over 20 years’ experience of working across wide ranging areas in the Public & Private Sector. An experienced leader and manager with the ability to motivate and inspire others. I am an excellent communicator with the ability to work under pressure in fast paced, challenging, emotionally demanding environments.

My passion is about working with people. I my aim is to support and empower individuals to be the best they can be. I continue to learn and build upon my experience and enhance my ability in delivering excellent coaching services & undertake challenging coaching projects.

In 2013 I took the difficult decision to take Voluntary Redundancy due to the Government spending cuts to public services. In 2014 A New Horizon was created.

A New Horizon offers Independent Personal Development and Life Coaching. A New Horizon gives you the knowledge and tools to understand your own behaviours and why you think and act as you do. With this new confidence and understanding of yourself, you can begin to make clear goals, more importantly create your detailed, focused plan to make changes to your present routines and habits.
